Gage Branch

Gage Branch
Kennewick, Washington

Building Area:
5,000 square feet

Project Status:
Completed 2002

Yakima Federal Savings & Loan constructed the Gage Branch to meet the demand of their ever-growing customer base in the Tri-Cities area.  The branch follows the prototypical design first used at the Pasco Branch.  The building features a brick and stucco exterior with cedar trim and a standing seam metal roof.  The interior is highlighted by a vaulted ceiling with skylights, exposed beams and wood trim.  The perimeter offices have views of the teller line and lobby through full height wood trimmed relights.
